Cancellazione gratuita se pervenuta almeno 15 giorni prima del check-in
Una penale sarà dovuta nei seguenti casi:
– Cancellazione pervenuta meno di 15 giorni prima del Check-in prenotato (ore 15:00) Penale = 1 notte
– Penale per mancata presentazione = intero soggiorno.
– Dopo l’arrivo, in caso di partenza anticipata. Una penale fino a 100% del costo dell’intero soggiorno.
Modifica
Modifica delle date prima dell’arrivo soggetta a disponibilità. Garanzia del migliore prezzo/notte per posticipare il soggiorno ad una data ulteriore nella stessa stagione chiamando la Villa. (Stagione alta dal 1/04 al 30/09 – Stagione Bassa dal 01/10 al 31/03)
Garanzia
La prenotazione sarà garantita con una carta bancaria/di Credito valida alla data del Check-In. Il pagamento potrà essere richiesto al check-in.
Nessun anticipo sarà prelevato sulla carta bancaria/di credito in garanzia della prenotazione.
CONFERMANDO LA PRENOTAZIONE AUTORIZZO VILLA BELVEDERE COMO LAKE RELAIS – LARIO INVEST SRL – A PRELEVARE UNA EVENTUALE PENALE COME DA CONDIZIONI DI CANCELLAZIONE DELLA TARIFFA.

Cancellation conditions
Free cancellation if received at least 15 days before check-in
A penalty will be due in the following cases:
– Cancellation received less than 15 days before the booked Check-in (at 3.00 pm) Penalty = 1 night
– Non show Penalty = entire stay.
– After arrival, in case of early departure. A penalty of up to 100% of the cost of the entire stay.
Change dates
Change of dates before arrival subject to availability with guarantee of the best price/night to postpone the stay to a later date in the same season by calling the Villa. (High season from 1/04 to 30/09 – Low season from 01/10 to 31/03)
Credit card guarantee
The reservation will be guaranteed with a valid bank/credit card on the Check-In date. Payment may be requested at check-in.
No deposit will be withdrawn from the bank/credit card to guarantee the reservation.
